We handle home and office internet, networking, hardware installation, system repair, anti-virus/security, mobile and accounting services for Maine & New England businesses.

We are computer/networking technicians with a strong background in the networking and hardware side networking.

Certifications and Educational backgrounds include Comptia A+, networking, Unix/Linux, Windows networking and Macintosh and College Educations in Computer Information Systems from accredited colleges.

We make house calls; but even more importantly we provide remote internet assistance for instant support - this is our specialty! We can do a flat rate service if you have a big job (new network? Setting up a large wireless configuration?) just contact us to ask for an assessment. If you just want to get started and pay an hourly rate our professional rate includes the first hour and no bench fees, then we bill by the quarter hour. Our rates are extremely reasonable and fair at $45.00 per hour for phone or off site support and $60.00 per hour if we have to visit you in person (unless it’s a warranty covered issue, which are of course free of charge services!) Some services are free if you purchase a system from us too! These items include A point of Sale  and Home & Office Video Surveillance Systems as well as our Professional Digital DJ Systems. We can easily wire and set-up small to medium-sized offices.

While "big box technician stores" are good, our staff has already worked professionally in commercial and residential telecommunications – we know the answers already because we have the experience!

Our work projects include some of the most well-known Maine organizations including Retail stores, Medical Offices, Non-Profit Organizations and many more.

In addition to home and office networking, hardware repair, software and mobile, we even specialize in QuickBooks, Open Office Calc and Microsoft Excel.

Most of our staff have a university level of education and a strong technical education.

Each member has worked at least two years in technical support.
